MOM'S PORK CHOPS WITH VEGETABLE
GRAVY
 
6 or 7 pork chops
1 can Campbell's vegetable alphabet soup
1 (4 oz.) can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper
Flour (to bread pork chops)
1/4 c. oil

Bread pork chops and saute in oil until browned. Add can of soup, 1/2 can water, and evaporated milk. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with yellow rice.
