PORK CHOPS AND GRAVY 
4 pork chops or pork loins
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cut off all fat from chops. Place in cast iron skillet and brown on top of stove. Pour on soup and season. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 4.
