PORK CHOPS WITH VEGETABLES 
4 or 5 pork chops
4 or 5 potatoes
4 carrots
1 med. sweet pepper
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Trim fat off chops. Lay chops individually on aluminum foil. Slice potatoes, carrots, pepper and onion. Layer on chops. Salt and pepper to taste. Wrap foil tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
