VEGETABLE - PORK CHOP DINNER 
6 pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. savory
1 bay leaf
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. water
Cabbage cut in 6 wedges
6 carrots, cut into 1" slices
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
6 potatoes, halved

Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add chops and brown on both sides. Add savory, bay leaf, tomato juice and water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove bay leaf before serving. Serves 4-6.
