HONEY COOKIES 
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Add:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix all and let stand in covered bowl overnight at room temperature. In the morning roll thick and cut with a doughnut cutter. Frost with white frosting (you can use a round cookie cutter.)
