1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. pecan pieces

Mix together until a ball is formed. Pack in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Do not burn. Cool.

FILLING:

1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat until stiff and creamy. Spread over crust.

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. each vanilla and chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
