CHOCOLATE-CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
24 paper muffin liners
1 roll (16 oz.) refrigerator ready-to-slice chocolate chip cookie dough
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 pkg. (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Put 24 paper liners in muffin tins. Slice well chilled dough into 24 slices. Put 1 in bottom of each liner. Combine sugar, flour, cream cheese, butter, vanilla and eggs. Beat 1 minute. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool completely. Top with cherry pie filling. Kids love these.
