1 box of German chocolate cake mix
1 container cream cheese frosting
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 large can cherry pie filling (or two small)

Follow direction on box for cake. Mix cream cheese frosting and cream cheese together. Divide the cake mix between 3 round cake pans.

Frost first layer with frosting and cherries and repeat until all layers are frosted and have cherries. On top layer, make a design using some cherries.

I make this every Christmas - my family's favorite.
