COOL WHIP FLUFFY CHERRY
CHEESECAKE
 
1 ready-made graham cracker crust
2 packages cream cheese
1/2 can sweet condensed milk
1/2 can Cool Whip
1 can pie cherries

Cut cream cheese into cubes and let soften for 20 minutes. Using hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk until creamy. Stir in Cool Whip and mix until fluffy.

Pour mixture into prepared crust and refrigerate for 2 hours until set.

Spread cherries over top and cover. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.

And then enjoy a light tasting Cherry Cheese Cake!
