CHERRY NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE 
2/3 cups sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pint (16 oz.) heavy whipping cream
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
2 prepared cracker pie crusts (homemade or Keebler)

In a cold bowl whip the whipping cream until nice and fluffy. In another bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract; once the whipping cream is nice and fluffy fold in the cream cheese and sugar mixture; fill both pie crusts with mixture and top each with cherry pie filling. Place in refrigerator and let set.

Cut, serve and enjoy :)
