RUSSIAN CORNBREAD 
2 c. meal (self-rising)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cream corn
3 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. onion, chopped
3 hot peppers, chopped
2 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together. Put into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees.
