CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 med. orange (peeled, sectioned and chopped fine)
1 med. apple (cored and chopped fine)
1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. When slightly cooled, whip in softened cream cheese. Stir in cranberry sauce. Mix in oranges, apples and dates. Let set several hours or overnight before serving.
