CRANBERRY SALAD OR RELISH 
1 qt. raw cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Jello (1 lg. or 2 sm.)
1 sm. can grated pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Grind raw cranberries, sprinkle with sugar. Let stand for two hours. Heat 2 1/2 cups of water; add Jello. Stir in the cranberries. Drain pineapple, add to cranberries. Add nuts to mixture. Place in a salad mold, if you like, or in a covered dish. Let sit until congealed.
