COD FISH 
1 lb. (2 slices) cod, scrod
Slices of orange Cheddar cheese
1 tomato, sliced
Dill weed

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in fry pan. Fry cod fast on both sides 1 minute each side. Then put cheese slices and then tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with dill weed. Cover pan and cook 15 minutes on low flame. Do not turn fish.
