COD FISH STEW | |
Saute 1 medium chopped onion in 1/4 cup olive oil. Add 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups water. Add: 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. basil Cook 5 minutes, add 3 potatoes (cut in pieces). Cook until done. Add 1 pound fresh cod fish (thawed and washed clean). Cook until fish is done. Use any type of fish you prefer (halibut, perch, flounder, etc.). |
