SAUSAGE PILAF 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. canned or frozen corn, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped pimento (1 sm. can)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. uncooked minute rice

Brown sausage and drain well. Add other ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, stirring now and then for 50 minutes. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in 1 cup of soft bread crumbs. Sprinkle over casserole and bake, uncovered, 20 minutes more.
