MUSHROOM PILAF 
1 stick butter
1 c. raw rice
1 c. beef consomme
1 c. onion soup
1 c. mushrooms (drained stems or pieces)

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add 1 cup rice, beef consomme, soup, and mushrooms. Stir once; top with 2 tablespoons buttered crumbs. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees.
