CUSTARD RHUBARB PIE 
1 qt. rhubarb, cut up

Place rhubarb in prepared pie crust. Mix and pour over rhubarb:

1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. flour

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 large or 2 small pies. Top with meringue made from the egg whites, or mix:

6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. instant oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
