STRAWBERRY-BLUEBERRY FREEZER JAM 
1 1/2 c. prepared strawberries (about 1 1/2 pts. fully ripe strawberries, stemmed and crushed)
1 c. prepared blueberries (about 1 pt. blueberries, stemmed and crushed)
4 3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. powdered fruit pectin
3/4 c. water

Mix fruits and sugar thoroughly in large bowl; set aside 10 minutes.

Stir fruit pectin and water in small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Stir pectin mixture into fruit mixture. Continue stirring 3 minutes. Pour into plastic containers. Cover. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours.

Store in freezer. After opening, store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Makes 6 (8 ounce) containers.
