SPICY BEETS 
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. light brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can (20 oz.) sliced apples, drained
1 jar (16 oz.) sliced pickled beets, drained

In medium skillet, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Add onion and apples. Toss in butter mixture. Cook until tender. Add beets and heat thoroughly.
