HOMESTEAD PUDDING 
1/4 c. Amaretto
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

RUM SAUCE:

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
Rum flavoring

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, salt and baking powder (sifted together) alternating with milk, egg and vanilla. Mix well and bake in muffin tins, 375 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

Serve with rum sauce: 2 eggs well beaten and 1 cup of sugar. Slowly fold in whipped cream. Flavor with rum.

Out of this world delicious, also fattening.
