NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. milk, scalded

Mix all ingredients in electric mixer and blend 5 minutes. Form balls in spoon and dip in flour. Brown in fry pan (need about 2 tablespoons shortening). When browned, remove from fry pan and make a thin gravy by adding about 2 tablespoons flour to pan drippings and then add 1 can Swanson's beef broth. Pour gravy over meatballs and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serves about 24 medium sized meatballs.
