6 eggs, beaten well 3 cans (4 oz.) green chilies (chopped and drained) 1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese 1 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese a few drops of Worcestershire sauce Grate cheese, put 1/2 in bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with chilies. Top with other half of cheese. Mix eggs with Worcestershire, pour over cheese and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Let cool until it falls out of dish. Cut in squares and enjoy....... |
