SELF FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. white sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix cake according to package directions. Cream cheese and sugar, beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside.

Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full with cake mixture. Drop 1 round teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on to each cupcake. Bake as directed on cake package. Makes about 30.
