FILLED CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. oil

FILLING PART:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together for the cake part. Fill 18 cupcake papers with cake part in muffin tins. Beat together filling and drop 1 tablespoon of filling in middle of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
