GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. lean ground meat
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-tel hot chilies & tomatoes
1-2 c. cheese

Brown meat, salt, black pepper and onion. Add the soups and hot Ro-tel chilies and tomatoes. Cool 5 to 10 minutes. Line casserole dish with tortillas and pour in part of the meat mixture. Cover with grated cheese. Layer alternately with tortillas and meat mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour, covered. The last 15 minutes, uncovered, let brown.
