SHRIMP AND GROUND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Brown chuck; drain. Place in 3 quart casserole dish.

Saute shrimp, onion, bell pepper and garlic in butter. This will make a nice broth. Do not discard. Pour into casserole. Add rice and bread crumbs. Mix well.

Top with additional crumbs. Can also be stuffed into bell peppers. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes.
