SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of shrimp, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of crab, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
