CRAB CASSEROLE II 
8 slices bread
2 c. crab or shrimp
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. mushroom soup
grated cheese
paprika

Dice 4 slices of bread into buttered baking dish. Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper and celery. Spread on bread. Trim crusts from last 4 slices of bread and place on top. Next, beat the eggs. Add milk and pour over the mixture in baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Then bake for 15 minutes at 325°F. Take out of oven and spread soup on top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.
