SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE II | |
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes or 2 (4 oz.) cans drained & mashed 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix together above ingredients until well blended. Pour into buttered 13"x9" baking dish, then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. For topping, melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Add flour and nuts. Sprinkle over casserole before baking. |
