GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans drained French-style green beans
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion, chopped and sauteed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 box crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Place green beans and mushroom soup together in large bowl. Mix well. Add sauteed onions and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Place butter in large skillet and melt, then add crushed Ritz crackers. Stir constantly. Remove from heat when all butter is melted into crackers. Place bean mixture in 9x12 baking dish and spread out evenly, then put crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crackers are light brown and cheese is melted. Serve.
