Very good and easy to make. The only thing I did different was add a chopped onion.

This is a classic. In addition to what other have added - some other yummy additions are - french fried onions, fresh sweet basil (not together) cubed ham, red pepper, pre-cooked breakfast sausage (drained and crumbled). I'm always surprised when someone has said they've never had this dish.

We substitute the sour cream for French onion dip. I have been making it this way for years! Try it sometime everyone will love it!

When I make this I use sour cream and onion chip dip instead of plain sour cream.

I have to make at least 6 pans at my family events, everyone just loves it at my house.

Love this! only thing I do differently is to only use one can of creamed corn... no other corn as I found it had too much corn for my liking.

Add 1 cup cheddar cheese into the mixture before baking.

I have been making this for years. I add ground chicken and green chili's.

I have used French onion dip instead of sour cream for a twist to an already perfect casserole.

I add sauteed onions and bell peppers. If it's mexican food night I use jalapenos or green chilis which makes it a big hit

I always have requests to make this for holidays. I double the ingredients every time I make it.

Instead of using sour cream or cream cheese has anyone tried using both half the cream cheese and half sour cream? Wondering how it would taste.

I really love corn casserole and I would like to know, is it possible to make corn casserole muffins? If so, I would to know how long to cook them.
