VEGETABLE MEDLEY WITH CONFETTI
DIP
 
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine all of the above ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Place in a serving bowl and chill.

VEGETABLES FOR DIPPING:

1/2 head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
1/2 head broccoli, separated into flowerets
1 cucumber, cut into 10 slices
4 stalks celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
2 green peppers, seeded & cut into strips

Dip makes 1 1/2 pints.
