EASY BAKED MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
5 slices bread
1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
Sage and seasoning to taste
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can onion soup

Soak bread in milk; mix in beef, sage and seasoning. Shape into balls, put in large baking dish. Pour soups over top. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour. Makes approximately 24 large meatballs. Serves 8.
