BAKED MEATBALLS IN MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
1 lb. ground beef
Minced med. onion
1 c. raw rice
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 c. hot milk

Mix ingredients together and form into golf ball size meatballs. Place into well greased baking pan. Cover with gravy.

GRAVY:

Mix together:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
