EASY BAKED MEATBALLS 
5 slices bread, broken up
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Sage to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 can onion soup

Soak bread in milk. Mix ground beef, bread and milk mixture, sage and salt and pepper together. Shape into balls and put in large baking dish. Pour soups over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
