PARTY POTATOES 
6 or 7 Irish potatoes, boiled in skins
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
2 or 3 tbsp. soft butter

Boil potatoes in skins. Cool and slice. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Arrange potato slices on edge in baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Mix Cheez Whiz and butter and pour on top. Bake at 400 to 425 degrees until hot.

May be made ahead and baked just before serving. Absolutely delicious!
