Cut up and cook 8 medium to large potatoes, drain.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
6 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. chives
3 to 5 slices of bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled

Mix well and pour into baking dish or pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
