DONNA'S BEEF STEW 
1 lg. roast, cubed
1 sm. onion
1-2 cans Veg-All
Several potatoes, cubed
1 bay leaf
Dash of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Worcestershire
Few drops Kitchen Bouquet
Cornstarch
Water
Meat tenderizer

Fill large pot half full of water. Add meat and 1 or 2 teaspoons meat tenderizer. Boil until meat is done. Add onion, vegetables, and seasonings. When potatoes are done, add cornstarch (mixed with cold water) to desired thickness.
