CRANBERRY COFFEE CAKE SUSAN 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Powdered sugar

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Gradually add 2 cups flour and baking powder. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour with cranberries and nuts. Fold into batter. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar. (Looks great and needs no extra butter).
