LAYERED FRUIT CHEESECAKE 
1 c. plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

Combine crust ingredients; press into 9 inch pie plate.

CHEESECAKE:

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, eggs and sugar on high speed of electric mixer until well blended.

3. Stir in pineapple; pour half of cream cheese mixture into prepared crust.

4. Spoon 1 cup cranberry sauce over cream cheese mixture in crust; top with remaining cream cheese mixture.

5. Reserve and chill remaining cranberry sauce for garnish.

6. Bake 40-45 minutes or until edge is light golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with reserved cranberry sauce.

This simple recipe was delicious and a big hit with my family! I used a baked graham cracker crust but followed the rest of the recipe exactly. I bake a lot of cheesecakes but I must say, this one is fast, fast, fast -- and delicious!
