CHEESECAKE FRUIT GLAZE 
1 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. cold water
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. crushed strawberries or peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
Food coloring

Heat to boiling corn starch, water, syrup and fruit. Boil for 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and coloring, let cool slightly. Arrange whole or sliced fruit over cheesecake and pour glaze over fruit.
