CRANBERRY GLAZED CHEESECAKE 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. fine chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash salt
3 c. sour cream

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cranberries
2/3 c. water

CHEESECAKE: Press first four ingredients into 9 inch spring form pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. Cool crust before adding filling.

Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth, then add sour cream.

Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.

Chill thoroughly in pan.

GLAZE: Stir together sugar and cornstarch.

Add cranberries (washed and stems picked off) and water.

Cook and stir until bubbly (cranberries skins will pop open). Cool and pour over individual cheesecake slices or entire cheesecake. Great holiday dessert!
