Combine the following in a large bowl:

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 (4 oz.) bars German sweet chocolate, cut in small pieces
2 (8 oz.) jars marshmallow fluff

Set aside. Boil the following for 6 minutes:

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt

Gradually pour boiled mixture over marshmallow and chocolate mixture. Beat until chocolate melts. Add 2 cups chopped walnuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan.
