MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sq. chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Pinch of salt

Soften cream cheese, then cream it blending in the sugar. Melt the chocolate, add to sugar mixture along with vanilla and salt. Mix well, add nuts, mix until there is no white showing. Place in refrigerator until firm. Can be either rolled or pressed in pan before chilling. Cut into desired pieces after chilled.
