MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE 
1 lg. can evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
10 sm. Hershey bars, broken into pieces OR
3 bars German sweet chocolate
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 pt. marshmallow creme
2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine first three ingredients in heavy 4 quart pan; cook over low heat until it comes to full boil. Then boil 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Add Hershey bars, chocolate bits and marshmallow creme. Mix thoroughly. Add nuts, pour into 9 x 13 x 2 greased pan. Allow to cool thoroughly. Cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds of candy.
