3 (4 oz.) bars Hershey
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tall can cream

Bring sugar and cream to boil. Boil for 6 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients.
