FISH SOUP 
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
2-3 c. white wine
2 cans chicken broth
1 can tomato puree
Potatoes

Saute onions and garlic with olive oil, then add white wine, about 2-3 cups. Add 2 cans chicken broth. Add 1 can of tomato puree. Simmer.

Cook chopped potatoes separately. Drain and add to sauce. Then add any seafood you want.
