HAM LOAF 
Loaf:

2 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
Salt & pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
3/4 c. bread crumbs

Mix ingredients for ham loaf. Make into a loaf or meat balls.

Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.

Sauce:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Bring sauce ingredients to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over ham loaf for the last 15 minutes of baking.
