Lancaster Country Ham Loaf

Most people will get lost at the first ingredient-recipe needs to define "ham loaf". I realize that means, in my case, a 50/50 mixture of ground ham and ground pork, but many people will not have a clue. Also, some people mix in ground beef or ground lamb. This dish is delicious but only if you understand the ingredients.

Thank you for the "ham loaf" explanation - I didn't understand after looking at several receipts.
